เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนด

1. โดยระบุ promo code พร้อมระบุเลข PNR ก่อนการเดินทาง จอง-จ่ายทันทีผ่าน www.AVISThailand.com/AirAsia การจองขึ้นอยู่กับสาขาและรถว่าง ณ ขณะนั้น สามารถคืนรถช้าได้ 4 ชั่วโมง เช่าเกิน 4 ชม. คิดเพิ่มเป็น 1 วัน
2. ราคารวม CDW ความคุ้มครองความเสียหายรอบตัวรถแบบมีค่าความรับผิดชอบส่วนแรก โดยบริการเสริมอื่นๆ สามารถซื้อเพิ่มได้เมื่อขณะทำจองในหน้าก่อนยืนยันการจอง หรือที่สาขาบริการ ณ วันที่รับรถ
3. เอกสารประกอบการเช่ารถ
   a) บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน (ชาวไทย) หรือหนังสือเดินทาง (ชาวต่างชาติ) ที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ
   b) ใบขับขี่รถยนต์ (ชาวไทย) หรือใบขับขี่สากล (ชาวต่างชาติ) ไม่หมดอายุของผู้เช่า และของผู้ขับเสริม (ถ้ามี)
   c) บัตรเครดิตที่เป็นชื่อเดียวกับผู้เช่าที่ยังไม่หมดอายุ และมีวงเงินเพียงพอสำหรับการล็อควงเงินมัดจัด 8,000 – 15,000 บาท (ขึ้นอยู่กับประเภทรถ) และชำระค่าเช่าและค่าบริการเสริมอื่นๆ (ถ้ามี)

   *หากชำระเงินด้วยบัตรเดบิตในการจอง ผู้เช่ามีความจำเป็นต้องแสดงบัตรเครดิตที่เป็นชื่อผู้เช่าสำหรับการการล็อควงเงินมัดจำ และเอกสารทั้งหมดต้องเป็นตัวจริงเท่านั้น ไม่สามารถใช้สำเนาหรือรูปภาพแทนได้

4. รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับสิทธิพิเศษหรือส่วนลดอื่นๆได้ และไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ในทุกกรณี
5. บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิ์เปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และเงื่อนไขอื่นเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนดกรุณาอ่านรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมได้ที่ Terms and Condition ก่อนหน้ายืนยันการจอง

Terms and Condition

2. The price includes CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) which reduces the amount to maximum of THB 8,000 or THB 15,000 depending on the car type for each separate incident of damage to the rented car. You can add other optional services before confirming the booking or purchase them at Avis counter on the pickup date.
3. Required Documents to Collect the Car
   a) Valid ID card (for Thai Residents) or a valid passport (for Foreigners).
   b) Valid Thai Driving license (for Thais) or international Driving license (for Foreigners) of the renter and additional driver (if any).
   c) The renter’s credit card for the rental payment and for deposit authorization.

   *If the renter paid the booking with debit card, you will need to present credit card in the same name as ID card for pre-authorization. All documents must be an original, not a copies or photos.

4. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion and non-refundable.
5. Avis reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice and general Avis rental terms and conditions apply.
