Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation must be made at least 7 days in advance on www.AvisThailand.com/VCCOM and subject to car availability.
2. Complimentary voucher is one day free car rental at Avis Thailand participating locations and valid until the expiry date specified on the voucher.
3. The Voucher includes Unlimited Mileage and CDW (collision damage waiver) or SCDW Super Collision Damage Waiver (depending on voucher) and not includes other protections and optional services. You can purchase them at Avis counter on the pickup date.
4. The voucher cannot be used on Blackout periods; 5-17 April, 1-12 December and 22 December – 5 January.
5. Voucher cannot be transferred, cannot be sold and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Voucher can be used only one time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
7. Avis reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice and general Avis rental terms and conditions apply.

Required Documents to Collect the Car

1. Original complimentary voucher which the same voucher number on booking.
2. Original valid Thai ID card or Passport (for Foreigners) of the renter and additional driver (if any).
3. Original valid Thai driving license or international driving license (for Foreigners) of the renter and additional driver (if any).
4. The renter’s credit card (with the same names as ID card) with enough credit limit for deposit authorization THB 8,000 or THB 15,000 depending on car type and for rental and other expenses (if have).

*The original documents must be presented at pick up, we do not accept a copies or photos of these required documents.
