Original valid Thai ID card or Passport (for Foreigners) of the renter and additional driver (If any)

Original valid Thai driving license or international driving license (for Foreigners) of the renter and additional driver (if any).

The renter’s credit card (same names as ID card) with enough credit limit for pre-authorized THB 8,000 or THB 15,000 depending on car type, rental cost and other expenses (if have).

* The original documents must be presented at pickup, we do not accept a copies or photos of required documents

Pay Now : Prepaid payment via online payment once the booking is confirmed

Pay Later : Confirm the booking without payment. The rental is paid in full by credit card at the rental counter or via Avis Call Center

*The renter’s credit card is required at the pickup for pre-authorized (deposit), cash and debit card are not accepted.

After presenting all required documents, inspect the car’s body and interior with our staff to check for any damage and fuel. If you notice any damages, please ask our staff to mark it on car condition

You must return the vehicle to us with the same amount of fuel it had in it when you picked it up – usually a full tank. If you don’t return the vehicle with a full tank, we will charge for full tank of the fuel plus administration fee.
