Terms & Conditions

1. Daily service is 10 hours (service hours 6am – 10pm.), excess hour (OT) per hour will be charged 10% of the rental rate per day
2. Overnight fee 900 THB per night
3. For airport transfers, the waiting time is 90 minutes. Thereafter, waiting time will be charged at 600 THB per hour and the maximum waiting time is 3 hours
4. For all other transfers (pickup outside airport), the waiting time is 30 minutes, Thereafter, waiting time will be charged at 600 THB per hour and the maximum waiting time is 2 hours
5. For all transfer, extra stops are charged a minimum 500 THB per stop
6. Advance booking only and depending on vehicle availability
7. The booking will be confirmed after we received the full payment.
8. The final price may be subject to recalculation on the basis of OT, overnight, additional waiting time, toll fees, parking fees and/or miscellaneous costs incurred.
9. For modification and cancellation, it is required to inform Avis at least 2 days prior pickup date. If cancellation less than 2 days, the refund will be 50%. If cancellation less than 1 day or No Show, it cannot be refunded.
10. The company responsible for reservation only. If there are any damages, injuries and/or opportunity costs, the responsibility will be followed by the Legislation Act. The customer cannot claim the company for any expenses, but must claim from service provider directly.
